Our room was incredibly comfortable with the best bathroom. The staff was outstanding, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Its location was pleasant and awesome, in the old town so close to everything.

The location of the hotel in Genoa is particularly good and incredible, really close to the harbor area, great sights and lovely restaurants, and all the great attractions, museums, churches, harbour, restaurants & bars. The breakfast is delicious and wonderful with cake and very good coffee, as example, had everything you could imagine.

The whole place was clean and the staff were exceptional. Street view was worthy. It was in a marvellous location with a grand square nearby. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Genoa;))

Thank you for a fine stay. I have stayed in the superior quadruple room with an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a TV. The hotel's location is best possible and the staff are decent. The rooftop restaurant is good with delicious food selections.
